site provides CNS customers with access to their Departmental Communications
billing information, as well as provide the ability to review and
submit Order Requests and Trouble Reports online. Please use the
links located to the left of this message to navigate through this
site. If you are an existing user, you can log in now. If you do
not currently have a username and password for this site, you can
submit a request form to CNS in order to get an account set up.

July 2008 Billing Now Available
Your Communications Billing Statements for July 2008 are now available and can be viewed online. For users running analysis reports and CNS web reports, your new billing date is 8/1/2008.

Web Reporting Site Online
CNS has been in the process of creating a web reporting site
that helps customers match their work order charges and COS telephone
bills to their ledgers. The report site is now online and can
be viewed by going to the following address:
http://callisto.ad.uky.edu/webreports
Use the "User Login" link to access the various reports.
For those users who currently have a COS login, your username
is the same as the email information on the contact page when
you login to COS. Your password is the same as your email password.
If you experience trouble logging into the system, please contact
CNS at 3-7000. If you do not have a COS account and wish to access
the CNS web reporting site, click on the "Request an Account"
Link and complete the required information. Active COS users,
once they successfully login, will need to use the "Request
Additional Accounts" link to gain account access for some
reports.

COS and Adobe Acrobat version 6.0
If you experience technical difficulty in Viewing/Printing your
Communications On-line bill using PDF in Adobe Acrobat 6.0. Please
follow the instructions on how to correct this issue with Acrobat:
Output method PDF when using Adobe V6
If you are currently using Acrobat V5 or have not had a problem
using Acrobat V6, please disregard.

will be under modification until further notice. During this time
you will not see the links on your left menu bar for order or
trouble request. To ensure that your order requests get processed

As many of you are aware, CNS has been in the process
of moving the University's telephone billing from Beta 93 to the
new Communications Online System. Effective as of your January
2003 statement, your billing information is now online and can
be viewed by clicking on the Login
link to the left of this message.
If you are currently a Beta 93 user who had access
to telephone billing, your username is the same as it was on the
Beta 93 system. Your password has been reset to the default lower
case u and the last 7 digits of your UKID (ex. u3456789). Once
you have successfully logged into the system you can update your
password as needed.
For those users who have submitted new requests
in the past month, your username is identical to your email username.
Your password is also u and the last 7 digits of your UKID by
default. If you experience trouble logging into the system, please
contact CNS at (859) 323-8000.
CNS has also established a listserv, CNS-SERVICES-L@lsv.uky.edu.
All Beta 93 users and new users have automatically been added
to this email list. This list provides CNS with a means of posting
billing updates and other announcements regarding the online telephone
billing. Also you are encouraged to post questions and/or comments
to the listserv regarding CNS services or other related issues.
Please visit the listserv section
of the web site for updated guidelines for posting issues and
inquiries to the listserv.
If you do not wish to participate in the listserv,
simply send an email to LISTSERV@LSV.UKY.EDU
